I waited for Narci to jump down, yelling RAWR IMMA BEAR. I noted the direction she went, and Maeli went, and Rades went, and followed. I ran and jumped and was quite proud of not only my successful ability to deploy a gnomish device, but my altitude was good. Very good! No crash landings for me!<\/p>\n<p>I was soaring, a mage without Slow Fall but who could use a parachute, right through the open door below the mechanical bay. Right over my tank, and the other DPS, and the healer.<\/p>\n<p>Right through the door.<\/p>\n<p>Right into a pack of mobs.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>[Cynwyn]: carp<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There were only two of them, but it <em>never once occurred<\/em> to me that perhaps, just <em>maybe<\/em>, I should have clicked off my parachute to avoid hitting them. Instead I&#8217;m considering &#8220;how will I survive this one?&#8221; and &#8220;two elite mobs? NO PROBLEM.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This is why I am a bad raider.<\/p>\n<p>I think Winnie is going to develop a fear of heights at this rate. Or at least a fear of parachutes.<\/p>\n<p>(I also managed to sheep myself tonight.
