Dusted off the best candidate I have for my actual main of Cataclysm. She began life as Ashwalker, a night elf protection warrior with a stubborn streak a mile wide and a penchant for sassy plate. She’s currently doing time as Sparklight, a mischievous gnome warrior lady with a martial flair.
I’ve been slowly collecting pieces in preparation for taking her Horde and turning her into a Panda lady come Mists.
Tonight, I tanked the Lost City of the Tol’vir for the first time – it was my first time in there, period – with Narci healing on her priest Brytta. Brytta healed Ash as she leveled through the 70s and 80s, and was there when it all came crashing down in the Throne of Tides at level 80.
It was nice to tank on a warrior again. I really have come to enjoy their frenetic zipping around, massive explosions and booms, and general badassery.
I’m trying not to get too attached to the gnome incarnation of Ash. I think tonight, I saw how a gnome warrior can be really fun. (You just have to watch the camera angles.)
