My spouse is phase-shifted. It’s been one of our biggest struggles as parents, getting her up to start her day at a regular time because around 10pm her brain hits its stride and is ready to go.
It’s gotten easier, over the years.
But I also know that when the kids grow up and move out, she’s staying up until 4am again.
