I had to train my raid to stand on the blue circle. It took several weeks on Beth’tilac with much gnashing of teeth back in Tier 12 to get the raid trained. I used a combination of macros and pestering my raid leader to remind everyone to STAND IN THE GORRAM BLUE CIRCLE OKAY GUYS. It can be done. They can be trained. And you can rejoice as you delve into LFR and can spot the players who have or currently raid regularly with a resto shaman (Hint: they run immediately to the blue circle! xD)
